Acceptance

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

What commo.cc is

commo.cc is a price and offer catalog. Among other things, the Service may:

• •Show product and service information and prices from partner shops and other sources we aggregate.
• •Let you compare offers, search the catalog, and open partner shop pages to continue a purchase.
• •Provide account features (for example Google sign-in) and tools for partner shops to appear in the catalog.

Accounts and access

Some features may require signing in. When you do:

• •You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure.
• •Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others or create accounts for abusive purposes.
• •We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or if needed to protect the Service or other users.

Partner shops and purchases

Purchases are made with partner shops or sellers, not with commo.cc, unless we clearly say otherwise. Prices, stock, delivery, returns, and payment are set by the shop. When you leave for a shop’s website, that shop’s terms and privacy policy apply. We try to keep catalog information accurate, but offers can change and we do not guarantee that every price or product detail is always up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• •Scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service in a way that harms performance or security, except as allowed by robots rules or our written permission.
• •Bypass technical limits, access non-public areas, or interfere with other users’ use of the Service.
• •Upload or transmit malware, spam, or unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.
• •Use the Service to misrepresent affiliation with commo.cc or to collect personal data of others without a lawful basis.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by commo.cc or its licensors. Catalog content may include material from partner shops or other third parties. You may use the Service for personal or internal business browsing as intended. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute substantial parts of the catalog or our branding without prior written permission, except where the law allows.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that catalog data is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, commo.cc and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or from purchases with third-party shops. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) €50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If a change is material, we may also provide a notice on the site where practical.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of commo.cc, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction over that operator may hear disputes, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country give you other rights.
